"I began counselling with Michele as a new mother. I had felt like I lost myself and was drowning in depression and anxiety. I found that Michele had an amazing ability to understand what I was struggling to put into words. She helped me clarify what I was feeling and helped me better express myself. Every session, Michele would send me away with something actionable. I can’t express how helpful that was to me! She truly helped me figure out who I am as a person, as a mother, and as a partner. I am forever grateful for the work that we have done, and the impact it has made in my life."

I have so much appreciation for the knowledge and pure wisdom of Michele Worth. Having co-facilitated my courses with her, parents have been fortunate enough to benefit from her years of experience in the field of education and working with children. I consider Michele to be a gem in the field of personal development, counselling and facilitating educational programs."

"Thank you for attending the IEP meeting - your contributions were valuable and validating. Even with such a welcoming and open-minded school-based team, it feels like having someone there who has our backs from a professional capacity provides more validity to the information we present about our child. … Our child can be quite defiant about participating in activities and we are unable to get them to commit to anything. But when it comes to seeing Michele, there's never a no and they are always ready to go. That means A LOT."

"I attended an energetic and highly informative presentation on neurodivergence by Michele. She is a passionate, knowledgeable and effective speaker, and clearly explained many of the patterns and misunderstandings (of which I had many) about the neurodiverse community, and the challenges they face in society … and, in particular, their challenges in communicating with and being understood by those who are more neurotypical (of which I seem to be a classic example).
About the same time as this presentation, my teen started to see Michele regularly for one-on-one counselling … particularly as relates to neurodivergence and gender identity, as well as grief and life coaching support. I know (from what my child tells me), they have developed a highly trusting relationship. And, wonderfully, my teen has never missed an appointment! I am so thankful that my child now has a safe, professional and independent space to speak about their most personal thoughts and feelings (and, in particular, those they don’t wish to discuss with me)."

"We’ve had a couple sessions with Michele, and felt comfortable right away. She is knowledgeable, empathic, and supportive. Her decades of teaching experience also shines through, which is added value given we’re utilizing her support for our school-aged children and family systems-related challenges. Michele followed-up on items as promised, and was easy to liaise with. She was able to conduct an observation of our kiddo in the classroom; her follow-up notes/report were clear and concise, and you could tell she easily picked up on our child’s actions and emotions. She also gave us helpful advice on how best to move forward. We’ll definitely return to her for further support, and highly recommend her to others!’"
